HOW TO ORDER / DELIVERY
ONLINE ORDERING
Ordering from Artefact Interiors is simple and secure.
On-line ordering - just click the 'ADD TO SHOPPING CART' button and enter the quantity of an item you would like to order. You may do this for as many items as you like, and view the contents of your shopping cart any time using the 'VIEW SHOPPING CART' button.
When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the 'VIEW SHOPPING CART' button, and you will be taken to the 'PayPal Secure Transaction' page, where your purchases are totalled and postage is added.
Enter your name and address for delivery, and credit card details, and click the 'Continue Checkout' button at the botton of the page.
You will receive confirmation of your order by email.
Your order will be processed in complete safety on Paypal Secure Server. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make payment. Paypal welcome Visa, AMEX, MasterCard, Switch and Visa Delta.
Depending on the stock status of your order, you should allow 7 - 14 days for delivery. In case of there being no immediate stock, you will be notified, as accordingly.

DELIVERY OF PARCEL ORDERS
We regret that we are only able to deliver products to UK only. Products from Artefact Interiors are delivered according to the following rates:
You will be notified by our carriers as to their scheduled delivery date - please note that our carriers do not make timed deliveries.
The carriers will remove the packaging unless otherwise instructed. You will be asked to check the condition of the item(s) and sign a delivery note. Your signature constitutes acceptance of the item but does not affect your statutory right to cancel or return.
If you decide that the item is not suitable, it can be taken away at point of delivery, free of charge. Please note that if you subsequently decide to return it, it may take up to 28 days for collection (45 days for more remote areas), and a pickup charge will be incurred.
