Terms and Conditions

When you click on "Proceed to Checkout" at the checkout, you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subjected to these conditions.

If your order is accepted, you will be notified of this as soon as you submit your order. As the confirmation is sent to you automatically, an error may have been made of which we are not aware despite our best efforts. Because of this, we retain the right to cancel the order as set out under the "Errors" section.

Unless we have stated otherwise in writing, delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we shall make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods by any quoted delivery date.

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, including measurements, colours and prices are correct and valid, although Artefact Interiors reserve the right to make appropriate adjustments when deemed necessary, at no prior notice. Measurements given are approximate. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colour may vary in accordance with the settings of your monitor, software, or printer.

Cancellation notice: under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by first notifying us via e-mail at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your goods, thereafter following the instructions in the "Returns & Refunds" section below. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded.

We hope you will love your new furniture, but if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days (see above in "Important" section), return it to us within 28 days, unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, together with a completed returns form, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please ensure that it is packed and labeled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit, as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us, else your right to a full refund may be affected. You may decide for us to arrange the return pick-up. In this case, we will charge for pick-up and administration fees. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event an Artefact Interiors’ product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error or error in pricing information, Artefact Interiors shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order(s) placed for product(s) or service(s) listed at the incorrect price(s), whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Artefact Interiors shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

No order is binding on you or Arterfact Interiors until we have accepted it. You will own the items we supply you from the moment they are put in the hands of the postal service or with our carriers.
